God opens doors...

...and shuts them.  As much as you try to line up the cards so things will turn out the way that you want them, as promising as it may look, the doors can be closed, again and again.  So, you make a slight adjustment in your plans and you try again down another path...and then you wait.  Trying to not be impatient because there are bills to pay, arrangements to be made, details to be finalized.  All the while trying to figure out what it is that He wants from you, what do you have to do in order for something to happen, anything would be better than the unknown, the waiting, the indecision.

God is good...

I struggle with impatience. We've been praying for a new job for my husband for three years now. We are now looking at my working and my hubby coming home. I'm praying that God shows you little bit of His plan and that He gives you His peace while you wait.

This reminds me of the passage in my devotions just yesterday that "What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open." (Rev. 3:7)

Praying He leads you through just the right open and shut doors He has for you in just the right time... His time!

You are in that tomb time, that time of waiting in the Upper Room before Easter Sunday .. not easy. Prayers for you.

OH how I love what Donnetta wrote above!!!!
Your TRUST and FAITH is inspiring to me!
Remember that even when things around us seem chaotic and uncertain, HE is still perfectly, peacefully, guiding every moment.
I pray that He enlightens you to His will for your family and that He comforts you during these days of uncertainty.

It is definitely always hard to have to wait and think through the unknown. Whenever I have been in this position, I can only think that if the last wonderful oppurtunity wasn't right--the right one will only be that much better.
