Lately I have been so amazed by God and the never ending patience He has with me, I don't deserve it all. He never fails me and I am so grateful for his love and forgiveness. Today I am sharing one of my favorite worship songs, I hope you enjoy this live performance from the Newsboys singing You Are My King (Amazing Love). Thank you for being a part of my mosaic today!!!

I’m forgiven because You were forsaken
I’m accepted, You were condemned
I’m alive and well, Your Spirit lives within me
Because You died and rose again

I’m forgiven because You were forsaken
I’m accepted, You were condemned
I’m alive and well, Your Spirit lives within me
Because You died and rose again

Amazing love, how can it be
That You, my King, should die for me?
Amazing love, I know it’s true
It’s my joy to honor You
In all I do, I honor You

I’m forgiven because You were forsaken
I’m accepted, You were condemned
I’m alive and well, Your Spirit lives within me
Because You died and rose again

Amazing love, how can it be
That You, my King, should die for me?
Amazing love, I know it’s true
It’s my joy to honor You
In all I do, I honor You
In all I do, I honor You

You are my King
You are my King
Jesus, You are my King
You are my King

Amazing love, how can it be
That You, my King, should die for me?
Amazing love, I know it’s true
It’s my joy to honor You

Amazing love, how can it be
That You, my King, should die for me?
Amazing love, I know it’s true
It’s my joy to honor You
In all I do, to honor You

In all I do, to honor You,
In all I do, Let me honor You.

Music Monday ~ Here I Am

Photobucket

Honestly, I spend too much time on the things that are not important and not nearly enough on the things that are. Everyday I thank God that He has given me another chance to try and get it right, another chance to give my all to Him. Where would I be without His grace?
Today for your listening pleasure I am posting Here I Am by Michael W. Smith. When you have finished listening I hope you will take the time to share some music that is in your heart with me, and the readers of my blog, by linking up below. Have a blessed Monday!

There's a place where I can go
Where the angels hear me pray
I want to change
Yes I need Your touch
I'm waiting here for You

And I fall, at Your feet
I'll give it all, until the day we meet

Here I am
Ready to give up my life for the One
Here I am
Ready to pour out my heart for the Son

Here I am

Here I come to Your threshing floor
Where the angels fear to tread
I'm waiting here for the King of love
And to hold the hands that bled

And I fall, at Your feet
I'll give it all, until the day we meet

[Repeat x 2]
Here I am
Ready to give up my life for the One
Here I am
Ready to pour out my heart for the Son

Music Monday ~ The Words I Would Say

Photobucket

We were driving home from violin lessons the other day when this song by Sidewalk Prophets came on the radio, and it instantly made me nod my head in agreement. The Words I Would Say is a terrific song with a great message. The lyrics “God’s got His hand on You, don’t live life in fear” really speaks to the biblical truth of 1st John 4:18:

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, I look forward to hearing your Music Monday selections.

Three in the morning, and I’m still awake
So I picked up a pen and a page
And I started writing just what I’d say
If we were face to face
I’d tell you just what you mean to me
Tell you these simple truths

Be strong in the Lord
And never give up hope
You’re gonna do great things
I already know
God’s got His hand on You
So don’t live life in fear
Forgive and forget
But don’t forget why you’re here
Take your time and pray
These are the words I would say

Last time we spoke you said you were hurting
And I felt your pain in my heart
I want to tell you that I keep on praying
That love will find you where you are
I know cause I’ve already been there
So please hear these simple truths

Be strong in the Lord
And never give up hope
You’re going to do great things
I already know
God’s got His hand on You
So don’t live life in fear
Forgive and forget
But don’t forget why you’re here
Take your time and pray
These are the words I would Say…

from one simple life to another
I will say… come find peace in the Father

Be strong in the Lord
And never give up hope
You’re gonna do great things
I already know
God’s got His hand on You
So don’t live life in fear
Forgive and forget
But don’t forget why you’re here
Take your time and pray
And thank God for each day
His love will find a way
These are the words I would say

Will you be getting the H1N1 Vaccination?

The thought never even crossed my mind to take what the government and media say with a high regard. I choose to research and make informed decisions, as best as I can. The other day Cowboys Fan asked when I was taking our children to get their vaccination...um, sweetie, we are not going for that!!! Yesterday I was speaking with a friend about this same issue, and I began to wonder what the readers of my blog think. Are you planning on vaccinating your family against the H1N1 flu? Here is an interesting link you may benefit from before you decide.

Music Monday ~ One of These Days

Photobucket

Lately it seems that Music Monday is the only thing that is keeping me posting on my blog. Between homeschooling, sports, music lessons and the children's fall birthdays, it is all I can do to keep my head above water. I found out last week that my father-in-law may be coming for a visit this week, which has only added to my to-do list. I find solace in my music. I truly appreciate those of you who visit each Monday and take the time to comment, share a song on your blog and link up to mine, thank you.

This weeks song is One of These days performed by FFH, I hope you enjoy it.

One of these days I'm gonna fly
Over the mountain
One of these days I'm gonna ride
On the silver lining
One of these days I'm gonna witness
All I've been missing
One of these days

One of these days I'm gonna do
All the things that I've never done
I'm gonna finish all the races
That I've run but I've never won
And I'm gonna see a million faces
And recognize everyone
One of these days

Chorus:
One of these days
Gonna see the hand that took the nails from me
One of these days
Gonna hold the key to the mansion built for me
One of these days
Gonna walk the streets of gold that were paved for me
One of these days
I'm gonna see my Savior face to face
One of these days

One of these days I'm gonna say
Just what became of me
On the day that I believed
When you took myself from me
And I believe I will say
What I would have been
If You didn't save me
One of these days

And one of these days I'm gonna talk
With all the saints that have gone before
And in their sandals I will walk
And we will sit upon the shore
And I will learn all the things
That I never knew before
All this and more

One of these days I'll finally be
In a place where there's no more need
No more pain and no more grief
No more foolish disbelief
And all the joy there will be
When at last we finally see
One of these days
