Bible Reading ~ Days 7-10

I have never read the whole book of Job before, but I am familiar with the story and the happy ending. I have found myself anxious to get on with this, in a hurry to get to Job 42 where his faith in God is restored. I am shaking my head at Job's words, thinking "You silly man, how can you not see?" But really the question forming in my head as I type this is, how can I not see?

And he said to man,
'The fear of the Lord—that is wisdom,
and to shun evil is understanding.' "
