Last week when I posted one of my favorite songs Sunshine suggested that it was Music Monday...well it stuck and I thought that each Monday I will add another of my favorite songs. This led me to reflect on how my taste in music has changed so much over the years. Madonna used to be one my favorite singers, I GASP at the thought of my girls idolizing her like I did. Now I prefer to listen to uplifting and encouraging music, with the occasional 80's or Bon Jovi thrown in for fun! So this weeks song is called Lose My Soul and whenever I hear tobiMac sing this I am encouraged to not be tempted by earthly things, and to keep my eyes up, always up. :)

Judy...I love that song too...I can only imagaine, what it will be like, when I walk by your side, I can only imagine, what my eyes will see, when your face is before me... that song makes me cry tears of joy, everytime I hear it.
Me too! My little girl asked me today (she is 4): "Mommy, why do we call it 'Good' Friday if Jesus died on this day?" I asked her, "Why do YOU think we would call it good?" and she said, "Because He opened Heaven for us so that we can live with Him there FOREVER!"...and I said, "You see...you already KNEW the answer because you KNOW Jesus!" Aaaahhh, the wisdom of babes...it is SO pure and innocent!
